Graded by R J Hill Laboratories in Hamilton, IANZ accredited and internationally recognised through the ILAC mutual recognition arrangement. Not an in-house number.

R J Hill Laboratories, report 3891880, reported 20 May 2025. HMF at 27 mg/kg sits well inside the 40 mg/kg Codex limit — the usual indication honey has not been overheated or over-aged. Full certificate supplied with any sample or order.

Minimum order
Quoted with pricing. Opening orders and trial quantities are both workable — we would rather you tested the product than committed to a container.
Freight
Ex-Sydney, quoted separately. Export documentation prepared per consignment; destination import requirements are the buyer's to confirm.
Samples are available to genuine trade enquiries. For a premium food product that is usually a faster decision than any document.
