These terms govern your use of genesishoney.co and your purchase of products from Genesis Honey Co Pty Ltd (Australia). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Product weights, grades and test results are stated factually on each product page. Our honey is a natural food product and is sold simply as that: a food.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are handled per our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
