Shipping Policy

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders are fulfilled by Genesis Honey Co Pty Ltd (Australia).

Delivery areas and times

We ship within Australia only, and we cannot ship to Western Australia. WA quarantine rules restrict honey and bee products entering the state from the rest of Australia, to protect a bee population that remains free of pests established elsewhere. It is a restriction on the goods themselves, so it cannot be solved with a different courier or a higher postage charge. Orders to every other state and territory are dispatched within 2 business days, with typical delivery of 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination. If you place an order to a Western Australian address we will contact you and refund it in full.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to every state and territory except Western Australia. The price you see is the price you pay — there is no shipping charge added at checkout. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order is dispatched.

Damaged in transit

Our honey ships in amber glass jars, packed to survive transit. If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
