By placing an order with Genesis Honey Co. you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version live on the site at the time of your order applies.
Product information
We do our best to describe our honey accurately, including potency grade, origin and ingredients. Colour and texture vary naturally by batch and harvest. Mānuka honey is a food product — it is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in NZD unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and listed third-party methods. Orders are not confirmed until payment clears.
Shipping & returns
Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under New Zealand or your local consumer protection law.
