Returns
Damaged in transit
If your jar arrives damaged, email info@genesishoney.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and jar. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Unopened jars
Because mānuka honey is a perishable food product, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed jars in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost; we refund the product price once the jar is received in saleable condition.
Opened jars
For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened jars. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
How to start a return
Email info@genesishoney.co with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send instructions within one business day.
