Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm NZST ship the next business day from Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. Orders placed after that ship within two business days.

Where we ship

• New Zealand: tracked courier, 1–3 business days
• Australia: tracked international, 4–8 business days
• United States, UK, Europe, Asia: tracked international, 6–12 business days

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We provide full export documentation including MPI declarations for mānuka honey.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves us. If your parcel hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email info@genesishoney.co and we'll follow it up with the courier.
