Genesis Honey Co™ ships premium New Zealand Mānuka honey to customers across Australia and internationally. All consumer orders are fulfilled by Genesis Honey Co Pty Ltd (ACN 685 563 106) from our Australian fulfilment location in Sydney, NSW.

  1. Australian Shipping

Standard Delivery

  • All Australian states and territories
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Standard shipping: $9.95 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping: $14.95 AUD

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once dispatched.

International orders are available to selected destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country. Genesis Honey Co Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Genesis Honey Co™ Mānuka honey is a Product of New Zealand — sourced, produced, and certified in Aotearoa under MPI standards. Consumer orders are fulfilled by our Australian entity (Genesis Honey Co Pty Ltd) from Sydney, which means Australian customers benefit from local shipping speeds and full Australian Consumer Law protections, while receiving the same premium New Zealand-origin honey.

  1. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at returns@genesishoney.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
