  1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Genesis Honey Co™ purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a fair resolution — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

  1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • The product arrives damaged or broken in transit
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The product is defective or of unsatisfactory quality
  • The product does not match its description on our website
  1. How to Request a Return
  • Email returns@genesishoney.co within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and a photo if damaged
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions
  • Once authorised, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened honey jars unless the product is faulty, contaminated, or not as described. We cannot accept returns of items damaged through misuse after delivery.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, quality issue), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns where applicable, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
